Refund Policy

Catalyte (Stefan Coroianu) offers a 30-day money-back guaranteeon all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and locate the transaction using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at hello@catalyte.dev with your order details and we will help arrange the refund.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is issued, your paid subscription will end and your workspace will return to the free plan. Catalog data is retained; features exceeding free-plan limits are paused rather than deleted.

Renewals

Automatic renewals outside the 30-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis at Paddle's discretion. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals from the billing settings in your workspace.

For all payment-related enquiries, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and provides customer service for transactions.
